"If Aegis fails to fully comply with the payment terms … Aegis shall pay to Life Spine $17,500,000 ... minus any funds previously provided," echoed the ominous undertones of the agreement, highlighting the high stakes of this legal poker game.

A Resurrected Inventory and Global Shackles

The agreement, akin to a rollercoaster ride of legal twists, offers Aegis a sliver of redemption.
