So if there is any document stating that I lied or the events that night were false it is nothing that I would have signed and is in fact a forgery.
With all that said I:
1.) Did not give permission to the Kelly/warner law firm to use their office address to receive legal documents associated to this case.
2.) I did not “admit” that all or substantially all of the statements made in the URLs are false and defamatory.
3.) I did not make false statements to the Scottsdale Police Department concerning the incident involving Megan welter on July 20th 2013
4.) I was in a personal relationship with Megan Welter on July 20, 2013 and was a victim of the described assault that occurred that resulted in her arrest that detailed in the articles and videos listed as URLs.
5.) All of my statements to the police that night were factual depictions of the events that occurred and validated by video that was submitted to the Scottsdale police dept.
So gentlemen I have been as clear as I possibly can. Moving forward I ask you to respect the fact that I have answered your question and would only like to work with the State of Arizona and those prosecuting this matter. On a side note I don’t want to go down this road again. I have a family and little girl and this is not my top priority. I am already getting harassing e-mails from the Kelly/warner law firm and I want no part of this other than to work with and only with the Attorney General and is appointed lawyers of the state of Arizona. This is the last e-mail or any form of correspondence that anyone other than the Arizona AG will be granted.
