In so many ways, the war in Israel, triggered by Hamas’ invasion, has led to much disruption in the world. Since this attack on October 7, America, Britain, and the EU have documented rising antisemitic attacks and hate crimes.
When Hamas invaded Israel, they kidnapped, brutalized, and executed many Israelis and others in the country. To this day, hostages still remain in Gaza, with people around the world demanding the release of these folks and their return to the Jewish State.
Tuesday, November 7 will mark a full month since the incursion against Israel. Meanwhile, a new poll shows many Americans have apprehensions about our country potentially becoming involved in the war against Hamas.
A closer look at where the public stands
This week, a poll conducted by Quinnipiac University showed that 84% of Americans feel, to some degree, that our country could get dragged into the Israel-Hamas war.
The same survey also found just 51% of our citizens agree with the United States sending military assistance to Israel amid the ongoing conflict. Though 41% believe our country should avoid going this route.
