The DNC is also claiming that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange employed his platform as a means of hurting the Clinton campaign.
After news of the aforementioned lawsuit made the news, President Trump sent out the following tweet:
Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.

What Do Americans Think of the Lawsuit?
Like most political events, Americans on both sides of the aisle have not hesitated to weigh in. Opinions regarding the DNC’s lawsuit vary. Most conservatives expressed opposition to the suit; conversely, the majority of Democrats are supportive of it.
Many left-leaning Americans continue to maintain that President Trump and his campaign won the 2016 election illegally. However, right-wingers have controverted assertions of wrongdoing on the President’s end. Conservatives, like President Trump, frequently brand claims of collusion with Russia as a “witch hunt.”
Regardless of individual partisanship, the DNC’s lawsuit has increased the conversations which currently surround American politics.
