St. Louis rapper Woozy the Goat, whose real name is Davionne McRoberts, has been accused of killing his grandparents, Donald McRoberts, 71, and Kathy Chatman McRoberts, 58. 

According to AllHipHop online, police found the couple dead in their Eames Street home on March 21 after a granddaughter called for a wellness check. 

Two days later, 25-year-old McRoberts was taken into custody. After the murders, he walked into a psych ward covered in blood. According to the arrest warrant, he shot the victims.

The rapper's behavior had been alarming his family members and followers for several weeks.

Just a few days before the suspected murders, he claimed to be "God" on Facebook, sometimes posting in all caps. And then he began showing up at his relative's homes making similar claims. 

His aunt, Pamela McRoberts, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that he was "talking about how he was God and we were all going to die.

He said, 'I'm going to rewrite the Bible' and that it would all be revealed at the next family reunion."

In other Facebook posts, McRoberts claimed that the government had lied to people and that a family member had abused him as a child. 

Previous Facebook posts provide further evidence of just how disturbed McRoberts appeared to be. He wrote in one of his statuses, "WHO WANNA DIE TODAY? Y'all don't believe? Come show me, I'm not God."

 He followed up with, "I KNOW I KNOW, MY EARS ARE RINGING, IT'S ALMOST TIME, BUT NOT YET." 

Two days before the alleged murders, he wrote, "Hey, I really am God truly, everyone I'm trying to help you all, but I came to terms, y'all got too [sic] comfy in hell...If GOD WAS CALLING YOU WOULD YOU PICK UP? F### NO YOU ALL IGNORE ME AND IM TRYING MY HARDEST TO SHOW YOU ALL PLEASE HELP ME SHOW YOU ALL."

Manhunt and drone search for St. Louis rapper 

A manhunt for McRoberts ensued shortly after the discovery of his grandparents' bodies. Police deployed drones to search the area. And his photo was released to the public. 

Then on March 23, a psychiatric ward contacted the police to say that he had checked himself in.

Pamela McRoberts said she tried to warn her brother Donald about McRoberts' unruly behavior after he showed up at her door. But Donald claimed he wasn't worried about his grandson’s behavior. And didn’t think he was dangerous.

The investigation into the deaths of Donald and Kathy McRoberts is ongoing, and Davionne McRoberts is expected to be charged with double murder.
