Over the past two years, Americans have gotten a front-row look at the significance of who sits in governor's mansions across the United States. Republican governors have primarily taken very different leadership approaches than their Democratic counterparts; the results couldn't be more noticeable. In both Georgia and Texas, the momentum appears to favor GOP candidates. The same can also be expressed about the state of Florida. In fact, there is no greater evidence of this than various polls regarding incumbent Republican Governor Ron DeSantis versus the various Democrats competing to take his position.
