The ongoing war in Israel continues to reveal some prominent fractures within the Democrat Party. While many Democrats made their support for Israel (and their condemnation of Hamas’ terrorist attacks) quite clear, others have not.
In fact, certain leftist officials openly uplift the antisemitic “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” slogan. Other Democrats refuse to come out with a clear rebuke of Hamas’ invasion of Israel and attacks against Israeli people.
This leaves Democrats who do support Israel in somewhat of a tight spot. For Joe Biden, his pro-Israel stance continues to hurt him, at least to some degree, amongst Democratic voters.
Now, yet another poll shows that Biden is slipping amongst a key demographic. This will undoubtedly impact his chances of winning the Democrat Party’s primary election.
More bad news for the president
During the 2020 race, Biden winning Michigan played a huge role in him taking the White House. However, such a victory could be in jeopardy as the president seeks reelection this time around.
