In March, Alexandra Davis filed a federal defamation lawsuit against Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys.

She is claiming that Jones, along with Cowboys spokesperson James Wilkinson and Jones’ friend Donald Jack Jr., are defaming her.

The 26-year-old woman’s suit against the billionaire Dallas Cowboys owner alleges the three men “initiated a deliberate plan” to portray the billionaire’s “own daughter as an ‘extortionist’ and a ‘shakedown artist’ whose motivation was money and greed.”

Jones has paid nearly $3 million in “child support” to Davis. This includes her full tuition at SMU and a $70,000 Range Rover on her 16th birthday. According to Wilkinson the Little Rock, Arkansas, lawyer he delivered the payments on behalf of Jones.

Davis, who previously filed a paternity lawsuit against Jones, alleges that he paid her mother “hush money” to keep her paternity confidential.

It also references statements made by Wilkinson in an ESPN interview, where he accused Davis of trying to “shake down the Jones family for money.”
