President Donald Trump on Saturday slammed President-elect Joe Biden’s move to start selecting members of his Cabinet amid the lawsuits filed by his campaign challenging the election results in key battleground states.

“Why is Joe Biden so quickly forming a Cabinet when my investigators have found hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes, enough to 'flip' at least four States, which in turn is more than enough to win the Election?” Trump tweeted.

He expressed hope that the “courts and/or legislatures will have the courage to do what has to be done to maintain the integrity of our elections, and the United States of America itself.”

The chief executive’s claims come in the wake of a key battleground state, Wisconsin, continuing its recount. President Trump paid $3 million, as required by state law, for the partial recount that must conclude by December 1.

The Trump campaign has pushed to disqualify ballots where election clerks filled in missing address information on the certification envelope where the ballot is inserted. It also floated allegations that thousands of absentee ballots don't have proper written paperwork.

In another swing state, Pennsylvania, a federal judge dismissed a Trump campaign lawsuit seeking to delay or prevent the state’s certification of poll results.

President Trump did not take this sitting down. He said his campaign will appeal the decision of U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann in Williamsport to junk the lawsuit.

Pres. Trump, in a tweet, said Brann "would not even allow us to present our case or evidence."

 “Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters,” Brann said Saturday. “This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.” Georgia earlier certified its poll results in favor of Biden on Friday. However, now that the state is one step closer to wrapping up issues hounding the polls, Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp said the Trump campaign can push for other legal options to call for a recount.

President Trump is also not backing down from Georgia’s move to certify the election results.

In a tweet, he said “Big voter fraud information coming out concerning Georgia. Stay tuned”
