In what appears as a desperate attempt to defend multiple allegations of fraud on the courts, the Kelly Warner Law Firm is now blaming the team at The USA Herald for its legal troubles.

While we would love to take the credit for breaking the news on the Kelly Warner fraudulent legal filings, all credit goes to UCLA Law Professor Eugene Volokh of The Washington Post and Attorney Paul Alan Levy of Public Citizen.  If it weren't for these 2 couragous defenders of the 1st Amendment, the Kelly Warner Law Firm's alleged legal misconduct would have never come to light.

6/21/17  Attorney Warner had vehemently denied publishing a defamatory story on his law website KellyWarnerLaw.com about former client Charles Rodrick.  As a defense Warner provided the Arizona Bar with an affidavit from a "Barri Grossman" that was said to be an employee of the Kelly Warner Law Firm.   The Bar, trusting the sworn testimony of Warner, dismissed the lawsuit.

When news started to surface around the Kelly Warner's legal filings that had fake defendants, fake notarizations, and forged signatures, Rodrick brought to light that Barri Grossman is apparently a fake person that doesn't exist anywhere in the world.    Rodrick was able to confirm that "Barri Grossman" never worked for the Kelly Warner Law Firm (which is covered in more detail on Rodrick's  CourtKey.com and BarComplaint.com websites).

Considering the clear timeline of events, it is unquestionable that Eugene Volokh of The Washington Post is responsible for breaking nearly all of the news that ArsTechnica, TechDirt, Litigation Daily, and yes, The USA Herald have published.

Instead of shifting the blame for their actions to the Herald, the Kelly Warner Law Firm should publicly debunk the very serious fraud allegations that they're facing.  These allegations, which appear to be true, could lead to Aaron Kelly and Daniel Warner getting disbarred and charged criminally.

The USA Herald will continue to cover this case and will never get dettered by the unethical intimidation tactics that the Kelly Warner Law Firm is now resorting to.
