As the world of work transitions, some employers are providing more options to their staff.
Sometimes, these options involve working remotely full-time, or a hybrid model of work that involves doing one’s job remotely at certain points and then coming into the office during other periods.

Not too long ago, the CEO of Starbucks went viral when he talked about the challenges he’s having with getting corporate workers back into the office.
As it turns out, many of these workers, like others in the market, prefer to do their jobs remotely.
Most freelancers also do their jobs from home as well. Sites like Upwork have definitely given people the power to chart their own courses with how and where they want to work.
In the years to come, Americans can expect to see working from home become more popular.
